What We Collect

When you use Umka, we may collect the following information:

• Account information via OAuth (Google, Apple)
• Documents and boards content, synced via CRDT
• Voice notes recorded with your microphone
• Images uploaded from your photo library

How Data Is Stored

Your data is stored locally on your device using OPFS (Origin Private File System) and synced to our server via WebSocket when you are online. This ensures your work is available across devices while keeping a local copy for offline access.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OAuth providers (Google, Apple) for authentication
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) for push notifications

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your content is only shared with collaborators you explicitly invite to your spaces.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Remove your account entirely
